Dual drive truck skid chain installation process:
1. Remove the anti-skid chain and flat it under the tire, which is galvanized steel wire rope side (or non-hook) toward the inside of the car and the nail toward the road.
2. Start the car (or make the tire off the ground in advance) so that the tire is moved to the anti-skid chain.
3. Connect the hooks of the two joints on the inside and outside of the anti-skid chain.
4. Pull the anti-slip chain net, with a tightening device on both sides of the hook connection and pull tight.
5. After installing the tightening device, adjust the retractor in the parts of the tightening device, as far as possible to maintain symmetry and ensure that the anti-skid chain network is also evenly distributed that close to the tire surface.
When installing the chain, you must pay attention to a few things. In the second process, when the tire on the skid chain travels 20-30 meters behind, it should slow down to query and adjust to ensure that the skid chain and the tire can be in close contact.
When the anti-skid chain is installed, remember to slow down during the whole process of driving, the speed does not have to exceed 40 km/h, and there is no need to brake, bend, rush and other actual operations. Reduce the risk factor under the harsh driving standards here and improve the safety factor of driving.
