The sprocket should be installed on the shaft without skew and swing. The end surfaces of two sprockets in the same transmission assembly should be in the same plane, and the deviation of 1mm is allowed when the sprocket center distance is less than 0.5m; the deviation of 2mm is allowed when the sprocket center distance is more than 0.5m. However, the pet chain should not be allowed to rub the side of the sprocket teeth. If the offset of the two wheels is too large, it is easy to produce chain removal and accelerate the wear. When replacing the sprocket, the offset must be checked and adjusted. 2. The tightness of the chain should be suitable, too tight increases the power consumption and the bearing is easy to wear; too loose the chain is easy to jump and take off the chain. The tightness of the chain should be 2-3cm from the center of the chain to the center of the two sprockets. 3. If the new chain is too long or elongated after use, it is difficult to adjust the chain, you can remove the links depending on the situation, but it must be even. The chain link should be passed through the back of the chain, the locking piece should be inserted outside, and the opening of the locking piece should face the opposite direction of rotation. 4、After the sprocket is worn out seriously, the new sprocket and the new chain should be replaced at the same time to ensure a good engagement. You cannot replace only the new chain or new sprocket alone. Otherwise, it will accelerate the wear of the new chain or new sprocket. After the teeth of the chain wheel are worn to a certain degree, the chain wheel should be turned over in time (the chain wheel with adjustable surface). 5、The old chain should not be mixed with some new chains, otherwise it is easy to produce impact in the transmission and pull off the chain. 6、The chain should be filled with lubricant in time during the work. The lubricating oil must enter the fit gap of roller and inner sleeve to improve the working condition and reduce the wear. 7、When the machine is stored for a long time, the chain should be removed and cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil, then coated with machine oil or butter and stored in a dry place to prevent rust and corrosion.
