Nickel-plated chains are generally used in the open air. 5、Galvanized: Galvanized layer is formed on the surface of the parts by electroplating or chemical galvanizing, and the galvanized layer can not only make the chain beautiful but also prevent corrosion. 6、Heat treatment: In the heat treatment equipment, various auxiliary media are used at high temperature to improve the structure and physical properties of the parts. 7、Carburization: The parts are heated to a certain temperature in the heat treatment equipment and kept warm for a certain period of time, then carbon is infiltrated into the surface of the parts by passing the medium containing carbon to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the chain. 8、Quenching: The parts are heated to a certain temperature in the heat treatment equipment.
